Following his heavy defeat against Levan Saginashvili at East VS West 12, Devon Larratt has decided to stop his hunt for the Super Heavyweight world title. He will now focus on the lower categories, namely Heavyweight and light Heavyweight.

Return to competition on the left arm
Devon plans to compete again with his left arm. This is why he made the decision to stop his “Giant pumpkin” training🎃 which he had been following for over 5 years. This training consisted of training only his right arm and giving him every chance of being the best in the Super Heavyweight category.
Devon Larratt's next opponents
On May 12, Devon announced that he was canceling his match against Davit Dadikyan which was to take place at East VS West 13. He made this decision because he has not yet digested his defeat against Levan. Currently, he is not ready to give his best.
To see if the other matches will be maintained:
– Davit Dadikyan on the right arm on July 6 at East VS West 13
– Evgeny Prudnik on left arm later this summer (probably August)
– Kydyrgali Ongarbaev on the right arm in the fall.
Conclusion
Even if we risk no longer seeing Devon Larratt in the Super Heavyweight category for a while, it is certain that he will still be able to deliver very good performances and very beautiful shows of which he has the secret in the other categories.
